So looking back at the first fitness testing of the semester, it doesnt look too bad, there will be plenty of time to improve. Yet, reflecting back on it, I couldve pushed myself way harder. I guess I just gave in too quickly and in all honestly when these fitness tests come around, I get a bit trepidatious about how I'm going to do. As the semester goes by, my hopes are I get over that, and just relax.
Results:
- Beep test- 11.4
- Body press- 39 (regular pushups)
- Sit and reach: level 5
- Max vertical : standing height w/ arm up - 22
- my jump - 260
- Total distance ---------------> 39
